Sports schedules are listed below. Students will need an active physical dated May 1st, 2026 or later to try out for any sport & include proof of insurance. Please click the link below to access all the forms.
- VHSL Physical Form – This form needs to be filled out by a physician before trying out for any sport
- Student Athlete Concussion Policy – This form needs to be read and signed by the student-athlete and the parent/guardian.
For voluntary K-12 student accident insurance, enroll online at Kandkinsurance:
- Select a program (“K12 Voluntary”)
- When prompted for school system name, enter Henrico County Public Schools.
- When prompted for state, select VA. Then select your child’s school from the list.
